Richard
Romane
Richard F. Romane, 47, passed away on Saturday, June 5,
2010. He was born on November 4, 1962 to John and Marjorie
Slane Romane in Peoria, Illinois. Mr. Romane was Co-Owner
of Olmos Equipment in San Antonio for the last 10 years,
he worked there for the past 22 years. He was a loving
father, son, brother, husband, uncle and friend to all.
He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He is survived by
his wife, Tina Romane of Lakehills; parents, John and
Marj Romane of Princeville, IL; daughters, Courtney Alyssa
Romane and Jennifer Annais Romane both of Lakehills; son,
Richard Dean Romane of Lakehills; brothers, John Romane
II and fiancee, Leah of Princeville, IL; Todd Andrew Romane
of Princeville, IL; brother-in-law, Robert Emory Moore
and sister-in-law, Michelle Moore; numerous nieces and
nephews and other relatives.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, June 10, 2010 from
5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera.
The Funeral Service is scheduled for Friday, June 11,
2010 at 11:00 AM with Pastor B.A. "Boots" Levine
officiating at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera. Casual
dress requested, fishing shirt optional. A private burial
will take place at Pipe Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
a Memorial gift in Richard's name may be given to the
San Antonio Youth Centers at PO Box 7844, San Antonio,
TX 78207.
Rick was an avid supporter of "Take
a Kid Fishing" and "Charity Fun Shoot".
